HISTORY
The firm actually dates back to 1947 when Mr. Jack Arnold Philips Solicitor set up a legal practice under the style of Messrs. J.A.Phillips & Co. just after the war to provide Legal Services to the inhabitants of Southall Town and the surrounding Industrial area. His first office was on top of the current Lloyds Bank Building near the Southall Town Hall. Thereafter he had several offices in Southall.
The practice is now headed by Mr. K.W.E.De Silva LLB (Hons.) London, who is a specialist practitioner in Commercial and Business Law and Conveyancing. He has post qualification experience of 27 years and he is one of the senior legal practitioners in Southall. He was for several years the Vice-President of Middlesex Law Society which is the representative body for the solicitors in Middlesex County area. He has also been a lecturer in Law for some time. He has an honors degree in Law from University of London..
